The motorcycle race and the forest fly one. Yes tickets were very easy to purchase and came through almost instantly! Saved me buying at the gate for $40 more! Thanks
It was just perfectly spent time from the passing entrance to your building until exiting all after 1,5hour (included food / drinks & all views around the area!!) THANK YOU!
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred at your venue on [13th, April,2025], which significantly impacted my family’s experience. As the parent of a child diagnosed with autism, I wish to highlight concerns regarding the conduct of one of your staff members and the lack of sensitivity demonstrated during our visit. Prior to our arrival, we purchased e-tickets online. Upon entering the premises, we were uncertain about the correct entry point for pre-booked tickets and respectfully joined a queue at the ticket counter. A staff member (a woman stationed at the gate) was assisting another customer at the time. To avoid disruption, we waited patiently for over 10 minutes until her interaction concluded. During this time, my son, aware that we had already secured tickets and eager to enter, approached the gate. The staff member, who had been courteous to previous guests, abruptly raised her voice and instructed him to “back off” the gate. Although my son complied immediately by stepping away, she continued to shout at him aggressively, demanding he move even farther back. Her tone and demeanor were unnecessarily hostile and deeply distressing, particularly given my son’s condition, which can make abrupt confrontations overwhelming. What troubled me further was the stark contrast in her behavior toward us compared to other visitors. Her dismissive and aggressive attitude appeared discriminatory, and I perceived undertones of racial bias in her conduct. This interaction not only humiliated my son but also overshadowed our entire visit, leaving our family deeply upset. As an organization that serves the public, I trust you prioritize inclusivity, accessibility, and respectful treatment of all guests, including those with disabilities. The staff member’s actions directly contradicted these values. I urge you to: 1. Investigate this incident thoroughly, including reviewing any available CCTV footage or witness accounts. 2. Provide mandatory training for staff on autism awareness and de-escalation techniques for guests with sensory or communication needs. 3. Address the apparent lack of empathy and possible racial bias in this staff member’s conduct. 4. Clarify entry procedures for e-ticket holders to prevent confusion for future visitors. Our family has always valued your venue as a place of enjoyment and education, and we hope to see tangible improvements in your staff’s approach to inclusivity. Thank you for your attention to this serious concern. Sincerely, L He
The beautiful sunset and the good view of the coastline on the last afternoon. Everything is clear after the cyclone, especially under a sunny condition.
A great panoramic view of the beaches and the beautiful city. The food was also very tasty.
