I was disappointed we couldn't take our own photos inside, that didn't seem fair. The experience was already expensive enough but then they wanted us to pay more for a family photo, not cool. The gloves could be better. My hands instantly hurt with cold from the moment we walked in pretty much. I was also disappointed the glasses weren't ice.

Very organised, had uggs and coats ready for you, and inside the sculptures and the fact everything was made out of ice was amazing! And the drinks were good too!
